IGNITE Church was created to love and serve the city of Crosby and the surrounding areas in the name of Jesus. Our mission is rooted in three core purposes: igniting the HEART for Jesus, helping cultivate a faith-driven HOME, and becoming a city on the HILL that brings passion and transformation into our community. We believe in the power of God’s presence to change lives and inspire authentic faith.
We are a church for anybody and everybody. We welcome people of all ages, with a special heart for young families. Our environment is real, authentic, and raw as we pursue the presence of God together. There’s no need to put on a specific face to walk through our doors—come as you are and experience genuine community, authentic worship, and the transformative power of faith in a judgment-free space.

When two men encountered Jesus, they responded, “Weren’t our hearts ablaze within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining the Scriptures to us? (Luke 24:32)” Anytime we encounter the presence of Christ, there is something within us that draws us to God. This is where the journey begins. We are excited to help cultivate that fire through the presence and word of God.
From the heart and into our homes. Our programs are designed to impact homes and build strong foundations of faith through discipleship. We want to walk beside you as you grow and build a home that honors God. There is a reason that Jesus emphasized the importance of building a home on a solid foundation. (Matthew 7) We are excited to be a resource to help you do just that.
Jesus declares, “You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden (Matthew 5:14).” We are committed to serving the city of Crosby and making a tangible difference in our community. Through various outreach initiatives and service projects, we live out our mission to be a city on the hill that brings passion and transformation to those around us. We also look forward to teaming up with local churches who have already done so many great things for the community to help make a difference.
