Pastor Joseph has served in ministry for over 20 years, beginning as a youth pastor with a passion for guiding the next generation. He later became an associate pastor before stepping into his current role as lead pastor of Ignite Church. His heart is to help people encounter Christ, grow in their faith, and walk in their God-given purpose.

He leads with a relational and authentic approach, meeting people where they are and focusing on real transformation. Beyond preaching, he is committed to building meaningful relationships and supporting people through every season of life.

Pastor Joseph and his wife, Skylar, have been married for nine years and have two daughters, Adeline and Isabella. Skylar plays a vital role in both family and ministry, known for her encouragement and hospitality. Together, they strive to live out their faith authentically , leading by example and loving people both inside and outside the church.
